Florida Super Lawyers Information
Goldberg & Hirsh co-founding partner, Jeffrey S. Hirsh has been a recognized as a Personal Injury "Super Lawyer" for 12 of the past 13 years, including the current year of 2018.
Lawyers only become members of Super Lawyers after they have been nominated for candidacy by other lawyers and have passed a sophisticated and thorough selection process.
The aim is to create a list of outstanding attorneys, based out of their renowned and rigorous selection process:
Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a rigorous, multiphase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. Since Super Lawyers is intended to be used as an aid in selecting a lawyer, we limit the lawyer ratings to those who can be hired and retained by the public, i.e., lawyers in private practice and Legal Aid attorneys.
Attorneys who are selected as Super Lawyers, have to be nominated first by their own peers in the legal community, before being evaluated based on 12 indicators of professional achievement, including (among others):
- Verdicts and Settlements;
- Honors and Awards;
- Special Licenses and Certifications;
- Pro Bono and Community Service as a Lawyer;
- Scholarly Lectures and Writings;
- Education and Employment Background.
If you need an experienced and ethical lawyer recognized by his peers in the field of Personal Injury Law, you know the number to call.
